So the big day has arrived, your tacos have arrived at your doorstep and you are filled with excitement to tuck into your meal. All that is left to do is prepare your food fiesta in 5 minutes!
Unpack and separate your ingredients, we have labelled some of them for ease.
1. Preheat the grill to 200C.
2. Spread the pork onto a baking sheet, making sure to pull apart any large chunks and spread evenly. Place under the grill for 5-6 minutes or until the pork is piping hot throughout. The fat should be bubbling on top of the pork.*
3. Heat a dry non-stick pan on high heat. Place each tortilla and cook for approximately 30 seconds per side. If the tortilla is too dry, add drops of water to the pan or if you prefer a crispy tortilla, add a drop of oil - It should be soft with a few dark spots. Remove from the pan whilst you cook the remaining tortillas.
4. Lay the warm tortillas out, fill them with your crispy pork and dress them with your crema, onions and corriander, crispy chicharrones and a generous spoonful of your chosen salsa.
