About This Dish...

The origins of carnitas can be traced back to the state of Michoacán, Mexico. Authentic pork carnitas tacos are a traditional Mexican dish that is both flavorful and hearty. Carnitas, which translates to "little meats", are made by simmering pork shoulder in lard until it is tender and juicy, and then frying it until it is crispy on the outside. The resulting meat is savory and flavorful, with a crispy exterior and a tender interior. The carnitas are then served on soft corn tortillas and topped with onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of chipotle and lime crema.

How does delivery work?

Select your chosen delivery date at checkout and await updates from our courier DHL.

Are there Gluten Free recipes?

Yes! Almost our entire menu is! Currently all of our tortillas are Gluten free. Please see the ingredients for allergens.

When do I have to eat my meals by?

Our meals have a use by date of at least one day after delivery. Our meals are completely fresh and are best enjoyed that way!

Where to you deliver to?

We currently deliver to almost all of mainland UK. Excluding the scottish highlands. We hope to expand to these areas soon they are just dependant on our courier.

Does the food stay fresh in transit?

Yes! We pack our boxes with special insulation and ice to ensure the packages stay fresh during their 24 hour transit! Please ensure the product is cool to the touch upon delivery.
