About This Dish...

Jackfruit birria is a traditional Mexican dish that has become increasingly popular around the world due to its rich and complex flavor profile. While traditionally made with beef or goat, a vegan version of the dish has become increasingly popular in recent years. This vegan version replaces the meat with jackfruit, a versatile fruit that is known for its meat-like texture and ability to absorb flavors. The dish is made by slow-cooking jackfruit in a rich and flavorful broth that is made with a blend of spices. The jackfruit is then shredded and served in a warm tortilla with a side of consommé, a clear broth that is made by straining the cooking liquid.

How does delivery work?

Select your chosen delivery date at checkout and await updates from our courier DHL.

Are there Gluten Free recipes?

Yes! Almost our entire menu is! Currently all of our tortillas are Gluten free. Please see the ingredients for allergens.

When do I have to eat my meals by?

Our meals have a use by date of at least one day after delivery. Our meals are completely fresh and are best enjoyed that way!

Where to you deliver to?

We currently deliver to almost all of mainland UK. Excluding the scottish highlands. We hope to expand to these areas soon they are just dependant on our courier.

Does the food stay fresh in transit?

Yes! We pack our boxes with special insulation and ice to ensure the packages stay fresh during their 24 hour transit! Please ensure the product is cool to the touch upon delivery.
